Telegram to a Planet 26 is here
Today starts the new edition of our Telegram to a Planet contest.
This year we will direct our antennas to the constellation of Cetus, to the star GJ1002, 16 light-years away.
What’s new on this year’s edition:
- The minimum age to participate has been extended to 1st year of ESO and three categories of participation have been established by educational levels in such a way that each category is eligible for a prize.
- In this edition we will have the participation of the discoverer of the exoplanet GJ1002b: Alejandro Suárez Mascareño, who will answer the questions of our students through a videoconference.
The prizes, as last year, are the trip to ESAC of the winning teams and teachers responsible for visiting the facilities and sending the messages. An experience they will never forget.
We encourage you to participate!
