New astronomical station ‘Centro Astronomico del Alto Turia’ (CAAT) is described. Founded in 1995, after an agreement between Valencia University and amateur ‘Asociacion Valenciana de Astronomia’ (AVA), it is operated jointly by AVA and Valencia University Observatory (OAUV). Two telescopes (one double refractor and one reflector) will be the main instruments at CAAT. Observing projects for the near future are described. First results obtained with CCD camera of big size are commented. Possible improvements of observing process are analysed.
